My first impression of Shabazz was that he was a showman – and a great one at that. Over the years I’ve got to know him better and realise that he does what he does because he cares passionately about young people. Teachers, politicians and educational experts talk about young people being the future but we need people like Shabazz to communicate that sentiment better than perhaps we can. That’s why we invite him back every year!
